UNDERGROUND VAULTS & STORAGE EXPANDS INTO EUROPE
HUTCHINSON, KS –Underground Vaults & Storage, Inc., an industry leader in offsite storage for the film and entertainment industry, has announced their expansion into the European storage market with the acquisition of DH Media Solutions. Located in London, DH Media Solutions operates multiple facilities, specializing in storage and inventory management solutions for the film and television industry in the United Kingdom. The acquisition marks the first international location for the Kansas-based company.
“The expansion into Europe is the next logical step for UV&S,” says President Lee Spence. “Many of our clients in the entertainment industry operate in the UK and have asked us to provide a solution for them in that market. The ability to meet the growing needs of our clients, whether in the United States, or now abroad, has always been a hallmark of our company.”
DH Media Solutions traces its history back several decades and has carved out a niche as a customer service-focused storage solution provider in the European market. “The core-values of the owners and staff matched up perfectly with ours,” Spence added. “We couldn’t be more pleased to blend the legacy of DH Media with ours, and know that we will continue to provide exceptional service to customers.” Debbie Williams, Managing Director for DH Media, will continue in that role.

UV&S is perhaps best known for its salt mine facility in Hutchinson, Kansas where it stores millions of items 650’ underground for some of the largest companies in the world, including the motion picture and television industry.
