Underground Vaults and Storage, Inc. will host a booth at the 72nd Annual Kansas Independent Oil and Gas Associaion (KIOGA) Convention to be held August 16-18, 2009 at the Airport Hilton in Wichita, KS. Highlights of the event include a meeting session entitled Energy Policy and Political Reality -A Changing Perspective which will be moderated by KIOGA President Edward Cross. U.S. Senator Sam Brownback, Kansas 1st District Congressman Jerry Moran, Kansas 2nd District Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins, and 4th District Congressman Todd Tiahrt will serve as panelists on a discussion regarding how the decisions of the Obama Administration and the Democratic Congress will impact businesses. Climate changes, regulatory issues, and and tax issues will also be discussed by the panel.
Another highlight of the convention includes the Monday evening 60s and 70s Soiree featuring performers from Cabaret Oldtown. Ladies are invited to attend the Rock and Roll Brunch held at the Crestview County Club on Tuesday, August 18th. A Fall Fashion Show featuring attire from Ann’s Fashions of Wichta will entertain attendees.
