Trade Shows and Events Oct – Dec

We are finishing the year with several more trade shows and events. Visit with one of our storage or IT experts about how we can help you create a plan for your records from creation to destruction. UV&S has been in business for almost 60 years and our expertise can help save you time and money.

We store files, drawings, tapes, towers or hard drives, and anything in between that you or your business find important. It will remain secure and accessible in one of our many underground or above ground facilities. Then when items have met retention we can securely destroy anything in storage or pick up items from your office. We provide mobile and offsite destruction services in most areas and we are ‘AAA’ NAID certified for both.

For digital data or technology needs, Concergent IT, a division of UV&S, offers full service IT solutions with tech support, Data Center services, and hardware and software sales. Drawer storage, for micromedia material

We offer competitively priced drawer storage for a variety of media including microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, engineering, architectural, flat artworks and historic documents. You can choose from our selection of cabinets, or we can custom-order them on your behalf.

  • The microfilm storage drawer holds 66 rolls of 16mm microfilm
  • Or the microfilm storage drawer holds 39 rolls of 35mm microfilm
  • The microfiche storage drawer holds approximately 1,500 pieces
