The days are getting shorter and the weather is turning colder – sure signs that the holiday season is fast approaching. As we look forward to this time of year, we want to give you ample notice of our schedule so you can make the appropriate adjustments to your services.
Underground Vaults and Storage will be closed the following days so that our employees may spend time with their families:
* November 24 & 25
* December 26
* January 2, 2012
As a friendly reminder, if any retrieval is needed the day before the scheduled holiday, we will need to have your request submitted by the normal cut-off time to meet that day’s delivery. We will, as always, offer emergency retrievals and services regardless of the day. Please follow your normal procedures for emergency requests.
We understand that this may cause a disruption to your normally scheduled services and we thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please contact the service team at your UV&S storage location.
