Underground Vaults & Storage, Inc. has been around for almost 60 years and we do more than storage. We have grown considerably over the years and have added services we felt would help our clients. We provide business solutions for information management problems so businesses can concentrate on what they do best.

We started in the salt mine and what we still do better than anyone else is underground storage, storing items from paper to media to artifacts in the most secure and well suited environment available. We have three underground facilities, all within an hour of an airport so you can have your files when you need them. If you have specific security requirements we provide the added security of a “vault within a vault”. There are private vaults, media vaults, and refrigerated storage for items requiring a more specific environment.

If you are not near our underground facilities and want your files closer, we have five above ground facilities to meet those requests. With our concrete structures, fire suppression, and security, there is no place safer. We can save you money, space, and time. When you need it, we can retrieve a box or one file and deliver or scan to you. Encrypted digital transfer is available also if needed.

Secure digital services are available as well since a lot of business is done electronically. Do you have data tape, magnetic media, or other forms of digital data; we can store and set up rotations so your data is offsite for security and disaster recovery. Through our Concergent IT division, we also offer Online Backups and Co-location. Our Data Center is located in a virtually disaster proof building with redundancies for power and internet. With a backup or co-location you don’t have to worry about losing your critical data. Concergent IT can also help you find and purchase the best equipment for your needs. Whether you need hardware, software or licenses, we can provide it all, along with the expertise to help you find what will work best for your business. If you don’t have an in house IT department, we can help you install and provide 24/7 support and maintenance.

When your information or data has met retention, we also provide destruction services. We can securely destroy paper, media, and hard drives. We are NAID AAA certified and provide a Certificate of Destruction for your records. We also securely recycle old electronics when you are ready to upgrade.
